I was tasked to revitalize the email marketing efforts of our firm. When I steppe into this project, the email marketing efforts were nonexistent. We had a subscriber base that was collecting dust. I revitalized our email campaign initiatives by setting email flows and segmenting subscribers. I re-introduced our product to the customer base that was subscribed to us. I improved engagement and set up KPIs to keep tracking. I wish I had taken dashboard screenshots to showcase here, but I never took that initiative.
